  Took my car in on Monday for an emergency appointment as just been recovered by aa. Didn’t get a call on Monday to tell me what was wrong with it, I left it until Tuesday evening when I rang to ask what was happening with my car and could I get a courtesy car, they told me what was wrong with my car however would take 3/4 days for a hour half job as their supplier was taking ages, I rang said supplier and it turns out you can get the parts the next day this was just an excuse for them to keep it longer, once they had fitted this part they road tested my car then decided that the alternator had gone on it, the part was “ordered” Friday but wasn’t a chance it could get here till Monday it still hadn’t come Monday so they outsourced which then didn’t work on the car. My car was finally done on Tuesday when they got the correct part. All during this experience I have to ring to find out what was happening to my car and I got so fed up of being looked at as if I know nothing as I’m a women therefore I got the general manager involved which took me 3 hours just to be allowed to talk to him which I had asked multiple times! He then did everything I asked and did keep me informed however he would talk down to you and anything which you got from head office was incredibly wrong and again I didn’t know anything Overall I’m just disgusted at this garages general customer service and how they can’t do a 2 your job in 9 days! I will never buy from them again and will advise anyone I can not to. They mess you around with courtesy cars as I’m only 19 they took 4 hours to decide I’m not allowed in their insurance would have saved a lot of time if that was said before. Just can not express how much this garage has let me down and how much of an impact it has made on my work due to being carless for so long

  Worst move closer experience ever, customer service is none existent. Will not purchase another car from Evans Halshaw. Still awaiting (3 Weeks now) for a call to have wheels repaired. I have increased the stars due to the excellent after sales from Kodi at customer services and Mitchell Sales Manager at Evans Halshaw Worfield, wheels now repaired.
